• Salutica warrants that the FOBO Products that shall be free from defective material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year (“Warranty Period”) from the date of purchase of the FOBO Products by the end-customer subject to the following terms and conditions.

  • This Warranty strictly and solely applies to defects that affect the functionality of the FOBO Products and does not apply to:-
  1. Consumable parts that are designed to diminish over time such as, but not so limited to, batteries and protective coatings UNLESS such failure have occurred due to defects in material and/or workmanship;
  2. Cosmetic damage including, but not so limited to, dents, scratches, bumps and chips.
  3. Defects caused by normal wear and tear and/or normal aging of the FOBO Products;
  4. Defects caused by use of the FOBO Products with another product;
  5. Defects caused by the abuse, mishandling and/or negligence in the handling of the FOBO Products UNLESS such abuse, mishandling authorised representatives; and/or negligence is caused by Salutica’s authorised representatives;
  6. Defects caused by operating the FOBO Products outside of Salutica’s authorised and published guidelines, manuals and/or instructions;
  7. FOBO Products that have been modified, tampered and/or anyhow altered without the express and written authorization and consent of Salutica;
  8. FOBO Products to which its identification and/or serial number has been removed or defaced; and
  9. Defects caused by the servicing of the FOBO Products by persons and/or bodies who are not authorised by Salutica.
  • Where a breach of this Warranty has occurred, you may make a warranty claim by:-
  1. Submitting a warranty claim for Salutica’s approval via the FOBO website at whereby a Return Material Authorization (RMA) will be generated. You will need to print out the RMA Slip and include it together with your shipment. The RMA can be generated through the following steps:-

    a) Log on to the FOBO Website;
    b) Select “Warranty Claim” under the “Contact Us” tab;
    c) Fill in the necessary information and click the “Submit” button;
    d)Upon confirmation by Salutica an RMA Number will be provided via e-mail within two (2) working days for reference in all communications     
       with Salutica; and
    e) Print out the RMA Slip and include it in your shipment to Salutica.

  2. Once a warranty claim submitted to Salutica has been approved, you must then deliver and/or ship the FOBO Product(s) concerned to Salutica’s repair service department at your own cost and risk within ten (10) days from the date you are informed of Salutica’s approval for the said warranty claim. If in the event you are unable to comply with the above timeline, you are required to re-generate a new RMA and obtain a new approval from Salutica;

  3. Where Salutica exercises the option to repair or replace the FOBO Product(s) concerned, Salutica will deliver or ship such repaired or replaced FOBO Product(s) to you at Salutica’s own cost.
  • Where a breach of this Warranty has occurred, Salutica shall at its sole discretion do any of the following:-

    i) Repair the FOBO Product(s) concerned;
    ii) Replace the FOBO Product(s) concerned; or
    iii) Refund the purchase price of the FOBO Product(s) concerned.

  • Where Salutica has dealt with a warranty claim as per Clause (d) above, you fully understand and agree that any or all data, software, contents, media and/or information contained or stored in the FOBO Products may be deleted and/or re-formatted. You understand and agree that Salutica is not responsible for any loss of such data, software, contents, media and/or information.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other remedies that you may be entitled to. To the fullest extent permitted by law, and unless otherwise expressly provided for by this Warranty, Salutica hereby disclaims all statutory and implied warranties including, but not so limited to, warranties in relation to merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for any particular purpose, quiet enjoyment as well as all other conditions and warranties whatsoever and howsoever arising, whether express or implied and whether by any applicable statutory law, by-laws, regulations or otherwise in relation to the FOBO Products.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, and unless otherwise expressly provided for by this Warranty, in no event shall Salutica be liable for any personal or physical injury, property damage, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, general and/or special damages, reliance loss, expectation loss, expenses, costs and any form of damages and/or losses whatsoever and howsoever arising including, but not limited to, damages and/or losses occurring to you, any other software, applications or products owned by you, your personal data, and/or your personal property due to any interference, interruption, corruption or loss of data, disturbance, discontinuance, disconnection, time delays, inaccuracy, viruses, failure to transmit and/or receive data in relation to the use of the FOBO Products as well as all other forms of non-performance, use or inability to use the FOBO Products whatsoever and howsoever arising. In any event, you hereby agree that any liability on part of Salutica to you shall be strictly limited to fifty (50) percent (%) of your purchase price of the FOBO Products, if any.

  • The obligations to perform this Warranty may be fully assigned and/or transferred by Salutica to any third party without your consent.

  • This warranty may be translated in different languages for the purposes of localrequirements in different jurisdictions. In the event that there is any differences,discrepancy and/or dispute between the English version and Non-English versionof this warranty, the English version of this warranty shall prevail.
